Bradley W. Christopherson

Bradley W. Christopherson focuses his practice on representing municipal and non-profit clients. He serves as the lead legal counsel to two municipalities and deals extensively with land use issues in that context. His clients also turn to him for help with general law matters, employment law, complex negotiations, and to represent them in litigation before Utah’s State and Federal Courts. He drafted and negotiated an administrative framework involving several Davis County municipalities, has negotiated and implemented several interlocal agreements, and excels at negotiating complex contract matters. Mr. Christopherson has also served as general counsel for a public health care provider since 2015. He currently sits as Chairman of the Taylorsville City Council.
